FAQ
Regardless of whether or not you have a product warranty, you will need the “datened” store receipt from which you purchased the product.
Please note that if you do not have a receipt to prove your purchase, it will not be covered by the warranty.
Milestone will cover the shipping costs when you send the repaired product from the Milestone Support Center to you.
