FAQ

I bought it at auction, parallel import, and individual sale. Can I get a guarantee?
Products purchased through auctions, parallel imports, and individual sales are not covered by the agency warranty.
I lost my product warranty. Can I get a guarantee?
Even if the warranty card included with the product is lost, we will accept warranty and repair.
Regardless of whether or not you have a product warranty, you will need the “datened” store receipt from which you purchased the product.
Please note that if you do not have a receipt to prove your purchase, it will not be covered by the warranty.
Do I have to pay for shipping when sending the product to the Milestone Support Center for repairs?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the shipping cost when you send the product.
Milestone will cover the shipping costs when you send the repaired product from the Milestone Support Center to you.
Can I bring the product I want to repair directly to the Milestone Support Center?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept repairs if you bring them in directly.
Is it possible to send me a replacement that can be used during product repair?
We do not provide replacements. Thank you for your understanding.
How long is the repair period?
It takes about one month, depending on the repair content.
For paid repairs, can I get a quote in advance?
In the case of paid repairs, we will check the actual item and calculate the estimated amount, so we cannot give you an estimate before sending the product.
